Today in the News.

What else can we discuss that is more depressing than our economy? It seems every day some company needs bailed out by the government. Today the Dow drop over 300 points. How much more can we take? What's next? What kind of changes have you done lately? Have you started riding your bike or walking places? If not, please consider this, because as long as we continue to do the things we always have we are going to be going down faster than ever. Gas is not cheap at $3.44 a gallon (that's if your lucky to find it for that now). Yes, for those of you that say the prices always go up and go back down, think about that statement.....I'm sorry but when I graduated from College gas prices were at an all time high then at what - $1.29 ?????

What reading books? Why don't we as American's sit down and read more? Why aren't we buying more books, giving more books as gifts and for goodness sake - reading more to the children? Books are fantastic ways to bring ones imagination to life.

Music is in almost everyones daily life in one way or another. You hear it on commercials, before programs on TV and for those of us who love to listen to any and all music, you have radio. So why don't we spend more of our focus on creating more outlets to let our country's musical talent be showcased.

Just a couple of things I'm thinking about while reading the breaking news. Sorry to ramble, keep those eyes peeled - I'll be postin again soon..... : )
